Step 2: The Repacking Decision & Log Entry
Not all items require repacking. Our experts assess the original box for durability, size efficiency, and product protection. If repacking is deemed necessary to reduce volumetric weight or enhance safety, a "Repacking Log"
Step 3: Detailed Packaging Record
We record every material used in the new package. This includes:
- Internal dimensions of the new box.
- Type and quantity of void fill (bubble wrap, air pillows, foam).
- Additional protective materials (corner protectors, stiffeners).
This creates a complete bill of materials for your shipment.
Step 4: Final Weigh-in and Dimensional Scan
